My name is Sebastian Thomes and I am currently a senior "Creative Media and Game Technology"- student at the Saxion University of Applied Sciences with a focus on application-/game design.
As a "Creative Media and Game Technologies"-student with a focus on design, I attended and passed multiple different courses in the creative media field. The study also includes multiple projects with different themes, for example creating a "point-and-click"-game with a small group in two weeks. In these projects, I, as the designer, supported the artists and developers of my team by preparing the required documentation (for example asset lists and game design documents). In addition, I prepared prototypes of user interfaces in "Adobe XD" and prototypes of game functionalities in different game engines (mainly "Unity" and "Unreal Engine").
My goal is to become a game designer to use my skills to create new content and functionalities for the games at my future company.
Game Design Internship:

As a game design intern, I designed new content and mechanics for the game "Mission Chief". Additionally, I created and maintained game design documents (English & German). My documentation featured prototypes and mockups, which I developed and optimized, for new game functionalities. I aided in testing new updates and prepared bug reports. Besides that, I assisted in quality assurance and player support tasks to ensure a better player experience.
